I met Robert and his fiancé Arlene in October 2019 at Dunkin's in Yarmouth. We had spoken over the phone first to go over all the items on their wish list. He wanted to be close to the Hyannis airport for easy commuting to Nantucket. We looked at several houses after that day and put in a few offers too. The home inspection revealed a few things that Robert was not happy with. So we withdrew the offers and got the deposits back. Then in February of 2020, 9 Frost hit the market. I made the appointment for us to take a look at it, along with a couple of others because he was coming in from Nantucket. I then wrote up an offer for him and it was accepted. We had the home inpsection and everything looked good. We signed the purchase and sales agreement on March 20th and moved onto the process of financing.
